Module Height Standard Height Modules: 35" studs+ 1" composite decking + 1/2" cement board plus finishing materials Bar Height Modules: 41" bar studs+ 1" decking + 1/2" cement board+ finsihing materials Bar Height Modules are also available with 38" studs, just select this size during checkout.
Module Depth 32" Depth is available in all of our modules and is the most popular size. 28" Depth is available in most of our modules 36" depth for clients with Viking Grills is available for an extra $50 charge during checkout
Module Lengths Modules are available in lengths from 12" to 8 ft long. If you want a custom length, simply write in the comments section during checkout for example: "Make 8 ft module 93" You must always buy the next size up if you want us to cut it down so that you will still receive enough studs. If not sure of exact size you can always cut the 4 length tracks to any custom size very easily with weiss snips.

Permineter Module Kits With the Bbq Coach System you need to first slect your Perimeter Module Kits. Straight Modules from 12" to 8ft in length, Corner Modules.
Appliance Cutout Kits For Each Of your chosen appliances and accessories you will also need a matching Appliance Frame Kit to support the item within the perimeter frame. If you have a grill you need to add a grill kit to your order. If you have a double or single door you need to add a door kit to your order and so fourth....
Island Upgrade Kits With Your Perimeter Frame Modules and Your Appliance Kits selected you can now go on to adding upgrades to your islands.
Split Bar Counter Kit -this item is 6 " higher than standard modules - Adds 2.5" to the footprint of your island frame. - has a 16" bar counter top and a 13.5" over hang - bar studs measure 41" long for a tile counter top and designed to be placed on top of composite decking. - bar studs measuring 38" long are available during checkout for concrete counter tops. - sold by the linear ft. You will also need to add hidden bar supports for this item. Tile Bar Counter Tops: 1 hidden bar support every 4 ft Granite Slab Counter Tops: 1 hidden bar support every 2 ft Concrete Counter Tops: 1 hidden bar support every 1 ft - Wrap Aound End Split Bar Counter Kits. Please send us a drawing when you want wrap around bars so we can cut your bar kit correctly and supply you with a free diaganol corner part.
6" High Back Splash Kit - This kit is sold by the linear ft. - It is similar to adding a sperate framed wall to the back of your island modules. - If you need a custom backsplash please fax in your drawing for a quote. - Measures 41" high bar studs and is designed to be placed upon composite decking
12" Over Hang Kit - This is a frame that extends the level cooking counter top out 12". It is used to support a tile counter top overhang. If you Plan on a Granite or Concrete Slab that over hangs the sides of your island you may not need this over hang kit to support it. Check with your counter top supplier. - This item is sold by the linear ft.
- 4" over hang kit available for islands with a tile counter top and a stone veneer siding. You really want a over hang of your counter top when having a stone venner siding to prevent water from getting in behind the stone and also for better appearance.
This Bbq Island Features a Counter Overhang Kit for the counter top. Notice how it is only an extension of the level counter top and not a raised bar counter.
This Bbq Island features a Split Bar Counter Kit on the right end. It is very popular to have Split Bar Counters.Allow 2 ft of bar counter per adult
When Space Is Tight Consider Adding a 12" over hang kit on the ends of the islands for more counter top space. Order 3 ln ft of over hang kit plus 2 hidden bar supports to recreate this overhang on one end of your island

Willie, We have been working on the kitchen this weekend, and everything seems to be going well. sending a couple of pics for you to look at. I have not leveled yet, or put on trex, but stained the patio and set up the modules that we have assembled so far. we have also assembled the table top, and pedestal, Your directions were great for Non-do-it-yourself people, and we appreciate all your help. I wanted to inform you that today was day two of my build, all has gone very well and I now have a island compleated to the point of needing to be faced with stone and have the top tiled. By the way I am truly impressed with your kit and your videos were very clear and the instructions made the project go very smoothly.
