Rounded Corner Module (requires assembly)
new price due to the labor involved to make the curve tracks by hand
28" x 28" on ends that connect to modules
Note:32" depth not available
35" high studs
18 gauge exterior structural galvanized steel G60 43mil
This is a corner module used to make L and U island designs.
You Can Also put 2 together to make a half moon island 56.25" Long.
Unlike frame kits where you must screw every part together from scratch, with this product the 2 end walls
are pre assembled in the factory. They are similar to pre-fab fence panels. All you have to do is screw the wall panels together
and then add your square package and counter top supports . Curve track requires you to screw in the studs. Curve track is very
expensive so we need to ship it unassembled for safety.
Bending Cement Board: For rounded islands you will need a special cement board named: Perma Base Flex 1/2" thick (must read flex)
This is the only cement board designed to bend a full radius. In Stock at BBQ Coach. Sold Seperate. Not sold at home depot or lowes
Note: will call pick up or it can only be shipped on lare orders that we can lay it on the pallet for shipping.
As a BBQ Coach client you will have access to online instructions and videos to help you through this entire project.

Nice way to soften a u-shaped island for seating and to match round pool coping.

It went together well and I'm happy with the look. The radius is a little less than a true quarter circle but nice. The top and bottom tracts need to be a little longer for the 32" module so you could trim a segment or two to get the radius you want. I'm sure they are long enough for the 28" module but the 32" module quarter circumference is 7.30 inches longer. The 47" tracts worked but barely with no slack. Thanks Willie
