With Bbq Coach RTA Cabinets we build the walls of your outdoor kitchen cabinets in our manufacturing facility saving you a lot of time and hassle. We build high quality, Professional Grade Cabinets with 1/2" cement board and galvanized steel frames. We go the extra mile and install composite decking under your frame, we secure cement board with construction adhesive and screws, we even install cross braces! Let Bbq Coach Do all of this work for you making your outdoor kitchen project a snap!
The RTA Cabinets are ready 2 finish. Here is how the System Works
1. Assemble the front and back walls to the end frames of the cabinets. 2. For Grills and drawers install a couple extra parts to support them that are included. 3. Join your cabinets together by screwing together the rails. Check for level. 4. Add on any island upgrades like Split Bars, Back Splash or Over Hang Kits. Add Electrical 5. Test Fit Appliances and add cement board counter tops. Note: Some items like sink , grill, side burner will require you to cut opening into the supplied cement board coutner top. 6. Install a pre cut cement board end on ends of your island (sold seperately) 7. Install vents into your island as recommended by grill manufacturer. 8. Tape and mortar all cement board seems. 9. Install counter top finshing materials: Tile, Granite Slab or Concrete Slab 10. Install Finish on Siding: Cement Board Stucco, Tiles like slate, Bamboo, or Stone Veneer 11. Install Appliances and accessories 12 Hook up utilities Follow start up instructions for your grill.

NEW RTA Frames (no cement board) We assemble your framed walls with the cutouts. We install the composite decking under the frame. But no cement board is installed.
This is for clients who want us to do the framing but feel comfortable installing their own cement board to save extra money. RTA Frames ship faster than RTA Cabinets since there is less work for us to do on our side. You will need to purchase the cement board from home depot or our estore.

We Customize the cutouts in our RTA Cabinets to fit most brands of Outdoor kitchen grill and accessories. DCS, Cal Flame, BULL, Weber, RCS Fire Magic. When ordering cabinets for all brands other than Sunstone you are required to furnish us with the cutout specs. We will make your cutouts 1/8 to 1/4" larger to help make sure your items will fit. If for any reason you items do not fit in the cutout specs you provided to us you will need to modify the cutout to fit at your own expense. It is easy to do and we have a video showing how to modify cutouts in our members area.
