This is a perimeter framing system that cost less than modular systems.

1 1/2 x 1 1/2 galvanized steel tubing sell for approx $6. ln ft. retail.  Our prices are around $3. ln ft

+ we are pre cutting many of the parts.  Are prices are wholesale.

Step 2.  Add appliance cutout kits to your order

Step 3.  Add upgrades if wanted like back splash and/or over hang kits

Step 4. Add Needed Extra like screws, air vents, leveling feet, extra Vertical tubes and Counter top tubes, etc...

NOTES:

On this 12x12 plan we have made Side A at 32" depth and Side B at a 24" depth.

It is easier if you make side B 32" depth. This will reduce cutting of your appliance cutout kits.

If you make side B 32" depth it will add 8" to Side A.  Included parts can do either size.

If you have the space we recommend 32" depth on both sides.

32 each vertical tubes 32 3/4" when combined with couplers = 36" tall frame

16 end frame tubes for a 32" depth frame (you can trim these shorter if needed)

16 each 4ft length wall tubes

12 each 3 way corner couplers

20 each union couplers

52 each 1 way couplers

appliance cutout kits, extra CTT and VT for cement board seams and counter top support, 

screws, air vents, cement board, actual appliances
