4 ft of 12" Over Hang Kit (cut 2 fit Value Price)

47 7/8" long x  2 1/2" depth  x 12" high over hang studs

material:           

20 gauge 33 mil exterior structural galvanized steel

Intended Use:    

This kit is used to create a 12" over hang frame.

It can be used to make a level over hang off the rear of

a 4ft module or it can be installed off of the 4ft Back Splash panel

to create a split bar counter.

Hidden Bar Supports (sold separately)

To reinforce your 12" over hang you will need to install hidden bar supports.

Hidden bar supports are flat L 12 x12 steel parts that mount to the bar stud

and onto the over hang stud. Without hidden bar supports your over hang will

break off.  Different counter tops require different #'s of supports.

tile counter top             2 supports

granite slab                  3 supports

concrete slab                5 supports

Combine with our 6" High Back Splash kit to create an 18" High Back Splash
