The right screws are very important to install
the cement board because they counter sink into the
cement board and they self drill into the thick BBQ COACH steel framing.
These are not zinc, these cost more and have a special coating.
Cement Board Screws with square head for super strong screwing
this screw does not use a phillips head.
It requires a #2 square drill bit sold separately

Cement Board Screws
OMG I didn't think there would be a big deal between BBQ cement board screws and those you can find at the hardware stores, but wow! They are sooo much better! It also helps to take the extra step of a drilling a hole first because we weren't as good as the BBQ coach. lol

Should have ordered them the first time!
I thought I could buy these at the local Home Depot but they only had the sharp point cement board screws. I had to place a second order for these self drilling ones, costing me extra shipping. The screws are very good and screw in flush on the cement board.
