The Woodlands 12 Ft Straight Island Plan

This plan is for a 12 ft long frame with a nice example of appliances.  We divide the 12 ft island into three 4ft zones.  The left 4ft zone has a trash drawer, slide in side burner and a double drawer.   The center 4ft zone has a grill with double doors below. The right 4ft zone has a fridge, sink, and 14x20 vertical door to access sink plumbing.   You can copy this layout exactly or you can reposition the appliances to our own desired locations within the 12 ft frame.

3 each 4 ft long BBQ Coach Module Frame Kit with welded tube corners. . Requires Assembly.

APPLIANCE CUTOUTS NOT INCLUDED

This kit does not include any appliance cutout kits.  We want to give you the freedom to select your own appliances as not everyone will have a side burner or maybe some people want a drop in ice bin instead of the sink.  You will need to add appliance cutout kits to your order.  CLICK HERE>

NEEDED EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED

1ea box of framing screws, 1ea box decking board screws, 1ea box cement board screws

3 - 5 air vents (place one vent on each end and 3 across the rear)

3ea four packs of decking board strips that go under the base of the frame

CTT  you may need CTT in the counter top for cement board seams or where you have a large open space. This varies with how you lay out your appliances.  As the plan is in the picture and assuming you use 8ft long cement board sheets you will need 2 CTT
