We offer ship by weight and UPS Ground Shipping.
Ship by weight option: This will ship the same as UPS ground option but it is sometimes cheaper than the live ups shipping option. Please select the one that cost the least.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS OVER 500 LBS
For orders over 500 lbs. or for Grills and Triple Combos we ship freight on a pallet. This type of shipment requires someone over the age of 18 to be home to sign for it. SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ALL FREIGHT ORDERS. The trucking company will call you to arrange delivery date. If you live in a neighborhood that is not accessible by a 18 wheeler freight truck you may be required to pick up your order at the trucking terminal. You should know if freight trucks can access your home and neighborhood. If the trucking company can not deliver your shipment and you refuse to pick it up at the terminal you will be responsible to pay all shipping costs both ways plus 20% restocking fees.
We are happy to ship to Canada. We recommend you do not order grills, triple drawer or triple combo as these items are easily damaged and shipping replacements to Canada is too expensive so please do not order those items. Everything else such as frame kits, stucco, doors, single and double drawers, ice bins, sinks, side burners, needed extras all can safely be shipped to Canada. If you do want to order our grill or triple combo then it is best to arrange shipment to the USA side that can receive shipments via freight on a pallet.

We are happy to ship your order to them so that they can ship it to you at a reasonable price. We are not responsible for any damage incurred by your freight forwarding company.
3 DAYS TO REPORT DAMAGE OR MISSING APPLIANCES
Please inspect your shipment for damage to appliances before signing for the shipment. If any appliances are damaged please take a picture and make a note of it with the driver. If appliances are missing/damaged you must report it to us by signing it to your account and sending an email that is attached to your order # within 3 days of delivery. Claims for damaged/missing Appliances after 3 days will be denied.
MISSING STEEL FRAME PARTS Up to 30 days from date of Delivery To Report
We allow up to 30 days from date of delivery to report missing frame parts as we know you might not recognize these missing parts quickly as you can with missing appliances. After 30 days any claims for missing parts will be denied as there is no way to prove that you did not misplace/lose them.
SHIPPING COST is ALL SALES FINAL. There is no refunds for shipping cost under any circumstances. If you do not receive your order for any reason and it is sent back to us buyer agrees for us to charge them shipping both ways. If you live in a location where freight trucks can not access your home you will need to inform us of this in the custom comments when placing your order or by calling us the same day you place the order.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED THRU YOUR ACCOUNT BY EMAIL THAT IS ATTACHED TO YOUR ORDER #. WE do not accept claims by phone or to our general email accounts.
