BBQ COACH BASIC POLICIES
- 14 Day Return Policy.
Buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to return unwanted items in new unused condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns without the original packaging. Buyer pays shipping cost both ways plus a 20% restocking fee. Pre-fab frames where we build the entire frame for you and custom fire magic grills are sold all sales final. If buyer received free shipping on the entire order but returns one or more of the items buyer agrees to reimburse us for our shipping cost on the return items.
- 3 DAYS TO REPORT DAMAGE APPLIANCES
Buyer has 3 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to their grills and/or bbq island appliances like doors, drawers, ice bins, sinks, etc...
- 14 DAYS TO REPORT DEFECTIVE APPLIANCES (Defects made in the Factory)
Buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to report defective appliances. Pictures and description of defects must be sent in to bbq coach. Bbq Coach reserves the right to decide what is factory defects and what is damage. If BBQ Coach confirms it is a factory defect and it is within the 14 days from delivery BBQ Coach will pay return shipping plus + ship buyer a new replacement. Defective merchandise must still be returned in new condition in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of defective merchandise without the original packaging and any claims will be denied. Defective appliances reported after 14 days but before 30 days will be allowed to ship the item back in the original packaging at buyers own shipping expense. After 30 days all claims are denied.
- 30 DAYS to REPORT MISSING FRAME KIT PARTS
Buyer has 30 days from the date of delivery to report missing frame kit parts. We may require a picture of all boxes received along with the items laid out on the ground. Sometimes we are able to help you find the item in the picture since buyers are not always familiar with all BBQ Coach parts. After 30 days all claims for missing frame kit parts are denied unless we discover in the production sheet that the item was not checked off for going in the box.
- RETURNING MERCHANDISE That Reduces the Sale Price below Any Sale Promotions:
For example: If you used a 5% off coupon for orders over $1000, but return items making the sale no longer qualify we reserve the right to recalculate the total price and remove the extra discount. Another example is our free shipping over $500. If you return merchandise and the total sale for the order become under $500 we reserve the right to charge you for the original shipping cost we paid.
