Designed for DIY Outdoor kitchens constructed of cement board.

WHITE COLOR ONLY     $199.99 is only $40 a gallon like premium house paint pricing when sold bulk in 5 gallon containers.

This is a premium one coat bbq island stucco shown on You Tube that adheres directly to cement board.

No metal lathe and no scratch coat required.

This product is simply amazing and has a 100% satisfaction rate.

No one ever complains about our stucco!!!

Here are some of the advantages of bbq island cement board stucco:

 - Durability: Cement board stucco is a very durable material that can withstand the elements. It is resistant to moisture, mold, and mildew, and it can also  withstand high winds and hail.

  • Moisture resistance: Cement board stucco is a very moisture-resistant material. The cement board substrate helps to prevent moisture from penetrating the wall, and the stucco layer provides additional protection. This makes cement board stucco a good choice for homes in areas with high humidity or rainfall.
  • Fire resistance: Cement board stucco is a fire-resistant material. The cement board substrate is non-combustible, and the stucco layer helps to slow the spread of fire. This makes cement board stucco a good choice for homes in areas with high fire risk.
  • Aesthetics: Cement board stucco can be finished in a variety of ways, so you can choose a look that suits your home's style. You can also choose to add decorative elements, such as molding or trim, to further enhance the look of your wall.

If you are looking for a durable, moisture-resistant, and fire-resistant exterior wall cladding, cement board stucco is a good option. It is also a relatively affordable material, so it can be a good value for your money.

Here are some of the disadvantages of cement board stucco:

Weight: Cement board stucco is a relatively heavy material, so it can add weight to your bbq island

Installation: Cement board stucco is very easy for homeowners to install that have no previous experience.

Overall, cement board stucco is a durable and versatile finish for outdoor kitchen islands that is much less work than the traditional stucco that requires metal lath, a base coat and a scratch coat before even applying the finish coat.  Cement board stucco saves time and money!

Problem: a 5 gallon bucket weighs approx 74 lbs and is not cheap to ship.

Expect to pay $45 west coast to as high as $95 for east coast.  Shipping is determined during check out.

Coverage:

All coverages are approximate at 2 sq ft per pound. 73lb bucket = 146 sq ft

ALL SALES FINAL

We sell this all sales final because it is too expensive for you to return it as the shipping cost both ways would cost more than the product.

    Cement board stucco

If you have already built your frame and attached the cement board for your outdoor kitchen, then I would recommend using the stucco offered here. I had no experience with stucco previously but found the instructional video and a little practice to be all that was needed to become proficient. Shipping fees are the only drawback.

    Cement Board Stucco

Wow! This product is AWESOME for the DIYer such as myself. For small projects such as an outdoor BBQ it's perfect. VERY EASY to work with. I purchased a 5 gallon bucket knowing it would not be enough. After I found out how easy it went on i purchased enough to finish the job. Customer service were great to work with. This so easy to use. Now if you have very large project I probably would hire a mason to do the old stucco way.

Again for the DIYer this is must use!!

Would I buy again? You bet I would!!

    Works Like a Champ!

Mixed with pigment from home depot and used the harbor freight texture sprayer. Worked amazing. Texture is consistent and bonded very well with cement board plus the BBQ Coach Stucco adhesive. Worth every penny to remove the headache of mixing stucco and applying lathe. Definitely go with the Coach!

    My Experience

Posted by Mike Carras on 28th Nov 2021

Ok, where to begin. I am not a fan of stuccoing. I added a liquid color, probably should have used power as it was a bit runny, but went on ok. I blame my stucco skills as you will see. I then looked at spraying it on the cement board. I purchased on Amazon a check hopper that advertised it worked for stucco. (About $40.) That did the trick and the stucco came out like a pro – can’t really complain as it looks good and with the sprayer was real easy. Be sure to tape off as overspray is hard to remove.

    BBQ Island Stucco

Posted by Solid Product! on 21st Oct 2021

After watching all the BBQ stucco videos on YouTube, I went ahead and ordered one container. It shipped out fairly quickly and I got the package within a few days which was great. I have never stuccoed anything in my life however, I am an experienced DIYer. I started to build my BBQ island and put this stuff on it. It went on easy! However, it is very messy! It got everywhere. With that being said, the final product came out looking amazing! We painted it with a roller and it went on easy. It looks like a professional built my BBQ island! This product is the real deal. I highly recommend it to anyone building their own BBQ island. If I could upload a picture I would.

    Cement Board Stucco

Posted by Steve Loe on 2nd Aug 2021

As advertised, Cement Board Stucco was easy to apply to cement board; keeping product cool and applying to shaded panels provided best results. Understood spread rate per 4gal pail is approx 150SF...I achieved 90SF with minimal waste.

When I needed a second pail to complete my project..Stucco was out of stock. Sales representative found a pail and shipped same day.

My outdoor kitchen cabinets look awesome!!!

    Thank you BBQ Coach Team
